Zonealarm gets tough on Virus's

Zonealarm Internet Security Suite 7.0 from Check Point Software Technologies now offers an improved anti-virus detection engine.

The more robust anti-spyware in the suite provides an additional layer of defence against blended threats, said the company.

The Zonealarm suite's OSFirewall has also been updated with new malware blocking capabilities, stopping spyware, rootkits, keyloggers and other threats.

A new auto-learn mode automatically configures security settings based on the user's unique PC environment and behaviour, making Zonealarm easier for new users by reducing the number of alerts a user may experience, according to Check Point.
