Patches, just 65 to be getting on with

Only 65, and one of them was made available and posted to Bugtraq in April 2006

Come on Oracle get a move on.....

Oracle has fixed 65 different security holes for a wide range of its software in the latest quarterly critical patch update.

The patches address problems in Oracle's flagship database server, along with its application server, e-business suite of products, PeopleSoft Enterprise portal, and various other programs. The latest round of quarterly patches also finally addresses a public exploit posted to Bugtraq in April. It is believed that 27 of the 65 holes patched in this update are remotely exploitable. Oracle administrators are urged to patch all applicable software.

Oracle has faced criticism in the past for taking too long to patch critical holes. This latest critical patch update covers many products and addresses a previous concern that Oracle did not deliver patches to all products at the same time.
